Prague: RILSA, 2018. 102 pp. – ISBN 978-80-7416-335-7

The study was compiled as part of the international VP 2017/004/0083 The Adaptation of Industrial Relations to new Forms of Work project supported by the European Union. The study describes developments in the Czech labour market in terms of new forms of employment, legislation concerning new forms of employment, statistical data sources and the overall level of awareness of both employers and employees of new forms of employment. The text is based on the Eurofound (2015) definition of new forms of employment and inter alia serves as the basis for an international comparative study that compares the development of new forms of employment in Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Poland and Romania, i. e. those countries whose representatives participated in the project.
