Description:The aim of the project was to provide the social partners with information on the extent and location of subjectively perceived discrimination and, at the same time, on the activities undertaken by the social partners at the level of the EU, Member States, sectors of the national economy and enterprises to reduce discrimination. The study examined the types of discrimination defined by Act No.198/2009 Coll., the Anti-Discrimination Act, which considers race, ethnic origin, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, belief or worldview, and nationality to be grounds for discrimination. The data source was the EUROBAROMETER survey and data from the 6th Working and Living Conditions Survey, which is regularly organised by EUROFOUND. The description of the activities of the social partners was based on authentic texts obtained from the "Social dialogue texts database" published on the European Commission website.
